We invite you to stay with your child during dental care. In most instances, we believe a parental presence during care can strengthen the child-parent-dentist relationship. It is our goal to help your child gain confidence and overcome apprehension in a dental setting as we provide dental care in the safest and most compassionate way. Open communication with your child before, during, and after treatment will allow your child to establish a healthy, happy relationship with the dentist.
Our staff will do their best to schedule appointments at your convenience. We recommend that preschool children be seen in the morning because they are well rested and treatment may be more successful. School-aged children with more complex needs may also benefit from morning appointments for the same reason. We are happy to provide your child with a note of absence for school.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you please provide our office at least 48 hours notice. When you give us sufficient notice we are able to appoint another patient in need of dental care.
Radiographs are recommended at least once a year for our patients.
Our office is a participating provider with several insurance companies. Our staff is happy to assist you by preparing an estimate of your insurance coverage. We can calculate an estimate of your co-pay amount based on the insurance information you provide. Patients who have insurance are expected to understand the extent and limits of their policy. It is important that you keep us informed of any changes in your insurance information. Our staff can answer general questions and will submit insurance claims on your behalf.
We request online payment be made via text message at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Families who desire a payment plan will be assisted by our staff. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to help.
